About Avey Advisory
Founded by Stephanie A Wallace, PMP, PMI-ACP, Avey Advisory is a woman-owned consulting firm bringing together deep experience in organizational change, AI adoption, digital transformation, program leadership, and enterprise governance.
The name Avey honors Stephanie's grandmother, Maradell Avey Willmot—a teacher who helped countless at-risk students see what was possible for their lives. Her example shaped a simple conviction: kindness comes first. When people feel seen, supported, and capable, meaningful change follows.
Avey was created for leaders who know meaningful change requires more than a strong plan. We begin by listening—understanding the business outcome, the people affected, the realities of the organization, and the expertise already in the room.
From there, we bring an honest outside perspective and practical, hands-on support. Together, we clarify the purpose of the change, connect strategy to human impact, prepare leaders and teams for what comes next, and create ways to listen, learn, and adjust as the work moves forward.

She has advised CIOs, executive sponsors, PMO leaders, and transformation teams across more than 200 organizations, including Fortune 500 enterprises.
Known for translating complexity into clear, practical direction, Stephanie connects business strategy with the human impact of change. Her approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in empathy—helping leaders build alignment, communicate with clarity, and give their teams the confidence to move forward.
